The final night, Sunday, September 1 “Reggae Night” will feature artists such as Shabba Ranks, Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley, Capelton,  I–Octane and Mr. Easy. Jam pack with niceness but this testerone-filled line up needed some serious estrogen and who other than Lady Saw to bring that feminine fierceness.

No other female dancehall artist can surpass the Queen, Marion Hall aka Lady Saw. She says everything a woman wants to say at one point in her life or another. Her lyrics are raw, sexy, in songs like “No Matta me”  “Bad Inna Bed” and  “ Stab Out the Meat” but also show vulnerability and strength in her songs:  “Give me a Reason”, “Underneath It All” (Collaboration with an American Rock group “No Doubt” which went Triple Platinum) and “No Less Than A Woman.”  What makes her a queen is not only the fact that she was the first female deejay to win a Grammy; its that she has stayed at the top of her game even with her latest dancehall hits “Love Sick” and “Heels On.” This concert gives a lot to look forward to on a historic night;  “Lady Saw will deliver her last dancehall performance…. everybody come out, support and witness this at the Barclay Center!” DJ Roy, Road International.

Following the announcements of the concert line up, two-time Grammy Award winner Shabba Ranks, excited the press party crowd, giving a teaser of what to expect on Reggae Night.  He sang  “ Love Punany Bad, ” “X-rated, “ and “Wicked In A Bed” the later featured on the best selling video game of all time, Grand Theft Auto, San Andreas for Playstation 2.  By the ladies reaction to these songs, not only will this concert have great music but some interesting fashion and dancing. Mr. Loverman himself will have a trailer load of girls following him to Barclays Center.
