Rodney Le Blanc aka Benjai at the  2014 International Soca Monarch Semi Finals on Sunday, February 9, 2014.  Benjai came out in his Joe Boxers and gave an electrifying and memorable performance. He performed the song, “Come Out To Play,”  which was a massive  2014 hit on the Vintage Riddim by Grenadian producer,  Shawn “Mr. Roots” Mitchell.

The  free-up lyrics express a desire for  no boundaries when Carnival time arrives in Trinidad and Tobago. The song expresses the true nature of reveling during the  two-day Carnival, which takes place in February. The native Trinidadians as well as those from across the globe let loose and enjoy musical vibes during this time of celebration.

Even though Benjai did not make it to the Finals , he continued to fascinate his fans with great music throughout the year.
