Thriller U Pleads For Help Finding Murderer

Grieving Father In Florida To Support Wife and Catch Daughter’s Killer

Thriller U spoke to TV news reporters yesterday; His daughter Nikita was 15.

“Just put yourself in my shoes, having someone you loved so dearly, someone that you grow from a baby, growing up so decent, to be murdered.” Those were the words of Eustis Hamilton, better known as Thriller U to reggae fans the world over. He flew from Jamaica to Florida to be with his wife Camille, who is now recovering from surgery, and to appeal for help in the search for his daughter’s killer. “My daughter Nikita was brutally murdered,” said the devoted father, his voice shaking with emotion. “And in my heart…. my heart can’t express the way I feel because my daughter Nikita means the world to me. When I say the world I mean the world.”

According to a WFOR Channel 4 News Report, forwarded to us by Ms. Shilo, Miramar detectives are pulling out all the stops to solve the triple homicide. A police spokesman called it “One of the worst scenes we have seen as detectives.” Fifteen-year-old Nikita had come to Florida with her mother from St. Catherine Jamaica to shop for her Sweet 16 birthday party. They were visiting Faith Bisasor, an emergency room nurse, and Nikita’s friend, 15-year-old honor student Davion Bishop, when a robbery in the home turned deadly. Nikita’s mother Camille, the only survivor, remains in hospital with gunshot wounds.

Messages of support have been pouring in from all over, including this email from Natalie, who attended high school with Camille in Old Harbour, St. Catherine: “Camille, I hope you fight this one. Thriller… God bless you and He is watching over your family right now.” Councillor Camile Buchanan wrote in to say: “On behalf of his worship the Mayor Keith Hinds and all the other councillors in the munipality of Portmore, where you have resided for many years our heartfelt condolences to you for having lost your little joy, our prayers are with you and Camile. I know the lord is gonna take you both through this very difficult period and always remember that you are in our prayers and i am hoping to see you soon to express this to you in person.”

Anyone with information is asked to call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS (954-493-8477). There is a US$5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
